Starting on 12/01/04, the Prime Minister will require each province's officers to complete and file a monthly report to enable O.R.K. to be updated correctly and on a regular basis. Reports will be filed on the first of every month, and in return the Prime Minister commits to having O.R.K. updated by the 15th of the month. These reports also give officers the opportunity to ask questions, offer suggestions, and notify the monarchy of any problems recently experienced. We hope that having this reporting process in place will lead to a happier membership and better communication between local and kingdom officers.

When filling out this report, please keep the following in mind:

  1. The report should be filed by a park official, or someone designated by the local officers.
  2. The report should be sent as an email in text format to the reporting Yahoogroup. The Yahoogroup can be found here. The PM must approve membership to the list in order to post, but messages can be read by anyone, so members can monitor their officers.
  3. Again, reports turned in by the first of the month will allow the PM to update O.R.K. records for that park by the 15th. Reports that arrive later will be updated as soon as possible after that.
  4. At this juncture, you only need to update active members. If you have updates for currently inactive members, feel free to turn them in as well, but active members are our priority.
  5. Additionally, you are responsible for updating only for your local members. Visitors should report changes or accomplishments to their own province officials.
  6. The first month's report (12/01/04) should copy what is up on O.R.K., then note the additions/changes that should be made. Changes should be preceded by an asterisk ("*") so they are easy to spot. If you notice members that have transferred either in or out of your province, please let us know who they are and where they went or are coming from so we can make sure their records are moved appropriately.
  7. These reports, which include park membership totals, will be used in the future for the kingdom census.
  8. The PM will compile all of your projects/problems/questions/suggestions/comments into a report for the kingdom officials and members of the BoD, to try to ensure better communication on the kingdom level.
Finally, thanks to everyone for their hard work on this! Your reception of the idea when it was presented at Coronation was excellent, and your kingdom officers are hopeful this new reporting system will lead to a level of organization this kingdom has never before accomplished.
