Also.......Allthing submissions and Prime Minister Intents will now be accepted.

All new Allthing Submissions are due July 8, considering that is 45 days from
Midreign.

Prime Minister intents will be accepted til August 1, remeber that you have to
meet the attendance requirements that are set forth in the corpora to run.

I posted this to several lists and got no responce. Maby posting directly to here will get one.

This may be a couple of dumb questions and I just missed a post somewhere but I would really like to know a couple of things because the post listed below confuses me.
The questions are after the quotes.

From the Aug 2009 corpora:
8.9 Summer Prime Minister Intents - in writing to the incumbent monarch no later than the 3rd weekend in July.　

Questions: 1) When was an allthing held to vacate the corpora rules and extend the deadline for intents by 2 weeks?
2) If the deadline is only 1 week before DM/WM (election date per corpora), how are absentee votes going to be collected?

In 2009, the last pm election with more than one candidate, Sylvanista emailed absentee ballots to park officials on the 20th of July when DM/WM was August 1 & 2, respectively, requiring them to be mailed to her by Aug.1, or delivered to her at WM on the 2nd. This allowed the corpora-mandated time for absentee ballots to be distributed to the park populaces, votes collected, and results to be available immediately following DM/WM.
At the present time frame, the elections will take place exactly 6 days after intents are closed. This will make the elections solely determined by the number of people attending DM/WM, leaving no voice for the populace unable to attend the event.

Sir.....I apologize for not answering earlier, but just had my net repaired yesterday and prior to that, had just returned from a well earned vacation.

But to answer your questions......

1. There was no Allthing that you have asked about, it was discussed between Abi and myself to extend PM intents due to Clan being on the 3rd weekend of July. As you know personally, that folks tend to wait till the last moment to do anything.

2. There will be packets, just as voting for Monarch and Regent, and they will be counted at Midreign. Once again agreeded upon by the Monarch and myself.

So at this point there are three canidates
